If Pakistan wants to make peace with India, she will have to take actions to satisfy India. Her actions will benefit her too. Militancy and extremism is destroying Pakistani society.

If Germany can make peace with France and Britain, after a war. Why can we not? We share a common history, culture and language.

Sir,

Heartening to hear a voice of reason from Pakistan. You have rightly called for coming out of denial mode and taking action against terrorists and the groups they represent.

Once this starts, India, on its part, can walk an extra mile.

The writer says,'India and Pakistan lack a legal medium or forum through which the Indian version of ‘genuine water scarcity’ could be scrutinised and if found to be correct handled and responded to properly through bilateral action.'

I agree with him.

Little evidence to suggest India has diverted/obstructed water flow http://is.gd/8Mb4T . Pakistan can very well discuss this with India peacefully.
